I take genuine pride in every piece I handcraft, and I genuinely want to keep you happy with your Sacred Sol Design purchase. If your piece ever needs any minor tweaks, adjustments, or runs into any issues at all due to regular wear and tear, please don't hesitate to reach out!

I'm happy to make repairs or tweaks so your Sacred Sol Design piece is absolutely perfect for you.

What this covers:

Broken clasps, re-crimp/re-knotting of the beading wire.
Minor length adjustments.
Simple replacements for missing accent beads.

What this does not cover:

Loss of the entire piece.
Replacement of major focal gemstones.
Damage that occurs outside of regular, gentle use.

This includes: Significant damage due to misuse, such as attaching items that are too heavy for the lanyard to support (causing the beading wire to stretch or break)
Damage from sudden force (e.g., catching the piece on a door, desk, or other object that results in a significant, sudden yanking motion).
