Shipping Methods & Tracking 📦

Carrier: All packages are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).

Tracking: For security and peace of mind, all orders include a tracking number. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking information as soon as your label is created.

Delivery: Delivery times vary based on the service selected at checkout (e.g., First Class or Priority Mail) and your location.

Lost, Stolen, or Undeliverable Packages 🛡️

Successfully Delivered: Sacred Sol Design is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier (USPS) confirms successful delivery to the address provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure.

Carrier Claims: If tracking shows the package is stuck or lost in transit, please contact me immediately, and I will gladly assist you in filing a claim with USPS.

Incorrect Address: If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.

Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, Sacred Sol Design ships only within the United States (including its territories and APO/FPO addresses). I do not currently ship internationally.

I want you to be completely happy with your beautiful new pieces from Sacred Sol Design! If your purchase isn't quite right, please read my policy below. As a small, one-person shop, my process is straightforward and personalized.

Eligibility Window

You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Please Note: All original shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please email me directly at SacredSolDesign@yahoo.com with the following information:

1. Your original Order Number.
2. A brief reason for the return (e.g., "Size exchange," "Changed mind," "Item arrived damaged").

I will respond ASAP with instructions on how and where to ship your package back to me. Please do not send items back without contacting me first as no refund will be provided.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product:

• Please contact me immediately (within 7 days of delivery) at SacredSolDesign@yahoo.com.
• Please attach a quick photo of the damage or the incorrect item.
• I will take care of the issue right away, including sending a replacement or issuing a full refund and covering the return shipping costs for the damaged item.

Refund Processing

Once I receive and inspect your returned item, I will send you an email notification. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment as your banking institution allows.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom-made or personalized products.

Remember: This policy covers returns and exchanges of new items. If your piece needs a repair or adjustment after you've worn it, please refer to my separate Care & Repair Policy!

General Daily Wear Tips

My jewelry is designed for regular, professional wear, but it should be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off each day.

1. Avoid Chemicals: Remove your jewelry before using hand sanitizer, household cleaning products, or before swimming (especially in chlorinated pools or saltwater). Chemicals can permanently damage the metal finish and dull the natural luster of the gemstones.
2. Avoid Moisture: Remove your jewelry before showering, exercising (sweating), or entering saunas/hot tubs. Excessive moisture can accelerate tarnishing on plated components.
3. Apply Last: Put on your jewelry only after applying perfumes, lotions, hairspray, or makeup.

Gemstone and Beaded Care

Natural gemstones, while durable, require gentle handling:

• Cleaning: Gently wipe your gemstones and beads with a soft, lint-free cloth (like a microfiber cloth). Never use chemical cleaners, harsh scrubbing, or ultrasonic jewelry cleaners, as these can damage softer stones or compromise the beading wire.
• Storage: When you're not wearing your piece, store it away from direct sunlight in a dry place. This protects the gemstones and keeps the beading wire from being unnecessarily stretched.
• Handling: Treat your lanyard and bracelet with the same care as fine jewelry. Avoid dropping the piece on hard surfaces, as some natural stones can chip or crack upon impact.

Caring for Plated and Stainless Steel Metals

Your lanyards and bracelets feature various metal components, including strong plated metals and stainless steel.

• Plated Jewelry: Plated metals naturally age over time. To maximize the life of the plating, keep it dry and clean (as noted above) and polish very gently only when needed. Heavy polishing will rub away the plating layer.
• Stainless Steel: Components made of stainless steel are highly resistant to tarnish and are excellent for daily wear. While more durable, they should still be kept away from harsh chemicals to maintain their shine.

I take genuine pride in every piece I handcraft, and I genuinely want to keep you happy with your Sacred Sol Design purchase. If your piece ever needs any minor tweaks, adjustments, or runs into any issues at all due to regular wear and tear, please don't hesitate to reach out!

I'm happy to make repairs or tweaks so your Sacred Sol Design piece is absolutely perfect for you.

What this covers:

1. Broken clasps, re-crimp/re-knotting of the beading wire.
2. Minor length adjustments.
3. Simple replacements for missing accent beads.

What this does not cover:

1. Loss of the entire piece.
2. Replacement of major focal gemstones.
3. Damage that occurs outside of regular, gentle use.

• This includes: Significant damage due to misuse, such as attaching items that are too heavy for the lanyard to support (causing the beading wire to stretch or break)
• Damage from sudden force (e.g., catching the piece on a door, desk, or other object that results in a significant, sudden yanking motion).
